Another version of sunset at Wildcat Cove. The lighting changed so much in just a matter of three or four minutes. It's hard to pick which shot is the better. This is my favorite hiking trail, although I've learned the hard way that it is best to go there during the height of the day. Bring insect repellant! The mosquitoes there have appetite.

After marching in formation wearing the same outfit as everyone else around me for more than 25 years, I'm finally pursuing my artistic passion. I'm a retired military veteran -- a photo-journalist and newspaper editor -- turned freelance graphic designer and illustrator.
