Hi Megan, it is wonderful seeing how the memory of Prime Minister Golda Meir is being honored here. She was truly a trailblazer, and a courageous leader and woman of destiny. When I visited Israel in 2009, I saw first-hand the democracy and freedom which is part of the lasting legacy of Ms.Meir and those who contributed to the incredible "re-birth"of that nation. Megan Dirsa-DuBois

After marching in formation wearing the same outfit as everyone else around me for more than 25 years, I'm finally pursuing my artistic passion. I'm a retired military veteran -- a photo-journalist and newspaper editor -- turned freelance graphic designer and illustrator. Most of my creative work is done embracing a digital paintbrush although I also enjoy acrylic, watercolor, pen and ink, and collage.
